We provided emails at the beginning of the year so that we would receive email updates of information...it would be nice if there was a way to know when something new is posted to this site as having to check every day is just not realistic for most working parents. If this is the only form of communicating - we will try to adjust. Is there information we can obtain about this trip or is it too late?
